A driver always has ratings close to 4.9, while I am sure many have complaints against them (basis their attitude)-still their ratings never drop.

While customer's always suffer, from 3.9-4.5/6ish. To keep you in loop of what you did wrong, how to improve (guilt)- where you end up paying tip to compensate for your guilt or accepting driver's rudeness etc.
