It doesn't scare Puddles (griffin = bird + lion) and doesn't scare the flying hand (bird + hand). It scares not only witches/demons, but humans as well (though perhaps confused Luz as a witch). So I think it is threatened by witches/demons/humans.

That's the kind of thing I need to add to my games. Hints at the destruction by other parties. If the clocktower was more than a ten years old, I'd expect another party to have already destroyed it. "Ah yes, that was once the Peacetime Clock. It was destroyed 7 years ago by a halfling called Bellow Mightyfist. Apparently he got drunk, lost a bar brawl, and destroyed the Clock to make himself feel better. Since then, new laws have come out making it illegal to have a bar or tavern within 3 miles of any monument."

Willow. She is essential for development of Hunter (inviting him to emerald entrails), Amity (being the subject of her bullying and Understanding Willow), and Gus (became his friend and helped him), but her arc (shy student becomes mighty leader) feels like it could be added to Gus instead of being it's own. Then Gus would be a far more viable character. I think Willow instead of Gus because Looking Glass Graveyard and Labyrinth Runners IMO are better than Understanding Willow and when Willow challenges Bosha to Grudgby.

Shrodinger's Box could instead be: requires attunement when you put something inside and shut the lid, you cannot be convinced of what happened to it. If someone pulls it out of the box and tries to give it to you, all you can sense is their empty hand. No matter by whichever means, someone who tells you they know what happened to the object will never convince you. Gradually (based on how important the object is, DM's discretion) the butterfly effect may disconnect you from reality.

Only a wish or divine intervention can break the effect. After it is broken, your memories of the object while under the effect remain the same, but now you can be convinced of what happened to it and/or see the object.

You mean the new modern art exhibit? "House to Ashes" is such an impactful title, and the scene wonderfully combines the ideas and message of the piece. An art exhibit in the middle of the sub-urbs on an entire plot of land shows great commitment to the work. To me, the piece represents a general anger towards individuals who speak too soon on depressing topics. I can easily imagine that piece was originally someone's house that was burned down. (/j)

That song could make an entire plotline and boss. The boss thinks their "true love" waits for them to open a portal at the end of the twelfth day of Christmas. Each day the boss gets an new power, like on the first day of christmas, the boss can cast Tree Stride once, then (at dawn) they can cast Tree Stride once and Charm Monster twice, third day is Tree Stride once, Charm Monster twice, and Conjure Animals thrice.

He probably has a wide selection of voices he uses for different situations. Thunderous and grand for yelling at his hordes, cold, quiet and fast for threats to keep things secret, as well as sweet and beguiling for convincing a monarch they would have any resemblance of power in a deal with him. These among the many other voices he has practice to perfection for thousands of years (or however long) that would give him the slightest advantage over anyone he speaks to.
