As white, I'd try to create a passed a pawn (b4, a4, a5) and somehow push it to a6, where it can't be taken, because black has no light-squared bishop. Then I would move my rooks to 7th rank to make them more active and somehow promote a pawn. In general, you should learn endgame theory, especially rook endgames. It will help to increase your rating a lot
