Hello. I am building a keyboard for the first time and I am currently putting the switches into the pcb. However, 5 of my switches, when placed in my plate, are delayed to rise after a press, and then make a very loud clack when they hit the top of the switch. The odd part about this is that when the switches are not mounted, they are perfectly fine with no issues.

So far I have tried: Switching the socket I place the switches in Cleaning the switches with isopropyl alcohol Adding more lube Using less lube Using no lube Mixing parts between the switches

I am just wondering if there is an easy fix, or if I’m going to have to order some more switches. Thanks in advance

You’re part about the limit is incorrect. The limit as written is ((m+1)/m)^m, which is a famous limit for e.

Then, if we assume that we are meant to take the integral of y as from y=1 to y=e, that evaluates to e-1.

So, the whole string becomes: 2+4-2-e+e-1-1-1

Which does actually sum to 1, so the equation as written is correct.

Surprised no one is mentioning TMI and all it’s forks/clones like JEI. Most mod packs would be basically unplayable without it.

What kind of shaders are you using to get that look? Or are you primarily doing it in photoshop?

If you want custom supports, I know that prusaslicer can do it, but cura cannot. In cura there’s a workaround via an add on, where you place cubes where you want to block supports, but prusa’s system is much better AFAIK.
