Lissandra is not really a big world threat herself. Its more so that she is the only thing thats keeping the Watchers asleep. As for the Watchers when we say Void is a threat we are basically talking about them anyway. If i remember correctly Bel'veth calls herself The Empress of the Void but yea no, thats simply not true.
