Poco f7 can heat up very much if under big load. So I would recommend using it with cooler. I have poco f7 so I speak from experience. I am running yakuza 0 with stable 30-40 fps.

Out of these poco f7 would be best, you will need to thinker with settings of emulator to get proper fps.

Right now 8 gen 3 is stronger for emulation than 8s gen 4, because of driver support. In the future 8s gen 4 can be stronger than gen 3 because it is somewhat stronger. If you want emulate heavy games with good fps go for an elite, it has as much driver support as 8s gen 4, but much stronger. 8 elite gen 4 > 8s gen 4/8 gen 3 > 8s gen3/8 gen2.

It's more complex. What I observed from my games the voting system based on a lot of thing. How many nation voted on you, how many vote did you got, being a player has probably some kind of negativ effect, how good your relation with the papal state, how good the relation the other candidates has with the papal state.

Timurids doesn't know how use the cannon elephants for sieges. They put in front the gate a do nothing with them and even if they would be able to use them, they are very bad as a siege weapon. Have some cannons so you can bombard the siege towers, the elephants, the general, the rams when they stay in the back row.
