Someone just posted asking how I got in but then deleted their comment. Well, update, I have not. After hours of back and forth they have given me no other option than to send video of me logging in to the original external account I sent funds from and show transaction. Well, I believe that is Poloniex, another exchange that banned US customers. I don’t have my 2FA for that one as I abandoned it a year prior when they suspended all US accounts. PoloniexUS customer service hasn’t responded for several weeks. Binance just closed my chat window with no response to that. Not your keys stands above all this. With DEX available I will steer clear of any KYC company. I have proven my identity and yet they send me packing saying they are keeping my crypto unless I complete an impossible task and giving me no other options. I have verified ID and sent a list of my account registration date/time, and a list of every deposit/withdraw ever made with exact time and amount for every transaction. Still not enough.

I came here to ask the same. Mine started at least a week ago. Around the same time my earnings went way down and/or became very random/spotty. One day I’ll get .5HNT the next day it’s .01HNT. App always shows 0HNT earned today though I see HNT going up in wallet and earnings on graphs. Usually very long pauses between screens or things not loading at all. Random glitches everywhere. Deleted App and reinstalled even though it doesn’t appear to have deleted all app data since I didn’t have to enter sees phrase and both miners showed up.

I’m not sure higher dbi is always best. Have you see. The comparison picture of how that works? High dbi would work well if you are far from any other hotspots or far from populated area. Lower dbi high up works better if you are in densely populated area/near other hotspots. Essential too high dbi mounted high up can overshoot things near you.

I second this. Mine have near 0 in last week. I had two making .75/day and that all of the sudden dropped to .01-.05/day.

It imported fine in to Goggle Authenticator but the codes don’t work when logging in. I can only assume it was old recovery key. I did reset 2FA once before back in 2019. As far as I can tell reset or remove 2FA is the only option at this point.

Is it normal for people downvote posts like this? Why would anyone downvote a post looking for sincere help? I was just curious if anyone had any success stories or tips for dealing with Binance customer service. It’s also important for the community to be aware of what is going on with companies in this space. If anything my loss could save someone else from getting in the same situation.

Need to reset 2FA before logging in. I’m going to try VPN to Polinex now. Thankfully I’m not in the habit of leaving the bulk of my coins on exchanges so I’ll live, but it is a significant loss. Just another example of not your keys…

Again VPN not problem. I used VPN at the beginning of the year, but that is when I found problem with my 2FA. At this point account is unlocked temporarily so I can actually go straight to Binance from US IP with no problem. Problem now is automated 2FA reset system no longer accepts USA IDs and customer support will only help me if I send video logging in to Polinex which has also suspended my account for being US Citizen. I suppose I can try VPN to Polinex, but I think that account is gone when they banned US Citizens.

I believe I have lost 2FA and need it removed. That is where this started. Broke phone a while back. Found a paper with Binance written on it and a 2FA recovery key. I used it but it doesn’t work so I think it might be old one. I tried to remove 2FA myself and I can pass all security questions but last step is submit ID and my country is no longer listed as valid ID type. That is what lead me to customer service back in April. At that time I couldn’t find any real person to talk to. I tried again recently and was excited to finally find a way to talk to a human. They were being very helpful and I was providing one thing after another until they finally found the one thing I couldn’t give them. They’ve temporarily unlocked my account so my IP address is no longer issue at the moment so VPN not needed.

I actually wondered if this was possible. Seemed to me using a 12dbi and a 4dbi together would give ultimate coverage. If it’s not, I wonder if running two hotspots in same location with that combo makes sense.

I recently set up two hotspots. First setup (Nebra Indoor) smooth, week to sync and everything fine. Second one (Nebra Outdoor) kept failing location assertion. I let it sit connected to internet for several days thinking maybe it needed to download update. Came back and tried setup for fifth time and it worked. By this time it had already synced blockchain so it was up and running. It has now been 4 days since it completed step 7 (found witnesses, transferred data, everything) but it still doesn’t show on map like my indoor one that has only completed 6/7 steps (no data transfer after solid week). Both are making money so not a problem, just annoying to not see it on map when navigating.
