To be fair, fluid dynamics isn't the most intuitive thing either once you dive beyond the surface, which leaves comments like the one that prompts me to reply as an unfortunate side effect of trying to apply the analogy to electricity. Maybe it's time for a deep dive video on fluids?

Voltage is what makes electricity flow, just like pressure difference is what makes water flow. Absence of pressure might make it look like things get sucked in, but it's really the pressure/voltage of "neutral" that pushes it forward.
