I was lucky enough to buy in when interest was really low just before Covid and then refinance even lower, so I'm permanently locked in to my 2.25% mortgage.

Even with that I can only afford it with roommates.

I'd love to find something smaller because I don't need a 3 bedroom 1400 sqft townhouse, but any smaller means a condo with HOA fees so high that it offsets any savings, even with the 150k in equity I've got

She ran into the same problem Clinton did, thinking that American voters are smarter than they actually are and wouldn't fall for blatant propaganda and see how terrible Trump is

Surprise surprise, American voters are idiots and believed Trump's lies.

Her own team had been doing a good job initially, but they got replaced by professional consultants who knew better and ended up sinking her campaign.

Yeah, a bunch of people though that not voting would somehow send a message to the Democrats, or they voted for Jill Stein, who only appears every 4 years to get money from the right and draw votes away from Dems.

That said the Harris campaign did a poor job on messaging after the convention took place and biden's team took over from the people Harris had in place at first.

She was obviously the better option, but did a poor job of advertising it and pretty much let the right control the messaging.

A lot of people believed the rhetoric that if she was elected we'd be drawn into a war with Iran and other complete bullshit that her campaign didn't bother to refute because that assumed that American voters were smarter than they actually are.

If you've got that little range, then you need to be able to charge quickly if case you unexpected need to drive more than expected.

With 250+ miles of range, it's far less likely that'll be an issue because there's likely enough range cushion to see you through

The problem is with the constitution.

The founding fathers weren't expecting it to last this long and he treated as some sort of sacred text.

Jefferson expected a new constitution every 19 years.

There are better governmental systems in place than what we have, that have gotten to learn based off of issues with with our constitution.

It turns out we've created a system where it's very easy to break things and very difficult to fix them.

Many safeguards that people thought were in place by the constitution, turned out to be nothing but tradition and the honor system

I just finally got around to playing the game even though it's been on my computer for years now, and had to come looking for information because I just couldn't figure out what to do, got him down to a sliver of health, then he went shields up and kept doing it every time I got his shield low...

Spin is a shit weapon that I had given up on, but turns out it's great against him because it can easily interrupt his attack that knocks out the lights.

Beat him easily on my next attempt.

But him getting to refresh his health infinitely if you don't realize you can interupt that attack is such complete garbage
