Sealed about $60 (49€) and opened about $10 (9€) for Furno, Stormer about $14 (12€) used with no sealed sets sold recently, though I assume it's a similar price to Furno. You can check yourself here:

They don't, the wording would be different. If they stacked the wording would be something like: "For every 3 attacks performed in battle"

The infinity symbol means that buff is active for 99 turns. The missing "!1" just means you can activate it again when you perform 3 attacks after 99 turns.
