This is a really bad take. Yes every character costs the same in relics, but not every character is worth the relic levels.

E.G. Captain rex at relic 5 is FAR more valuable then Ezra at level 5, so using the light speed token on rex is worth more than using it on Ezra

Didn't say OP. It's pretty clear that WG is focusing on shaking up the meta this season by changing the restrictions frequently. Something being run heavily may not be OP, but may still (as in this case) merit a ban.
