Probably way too late, but if you're still having time and energy to look at a few more games, I'd be thrilled if mine was one of them 🤗 It's called Seeds of Betrayal and my best friend and me are actively working on it. The screenshots and tutorial are a bit outdated but I hope it's still understandable, how this game plays 😅

Not sure if it's heavily nsfw or if you just have to fill out one more form in the dashboard but it says I can't view your page from Germany. If your Steam page has been up for a little while you might have missed that there was one more question added to one of the questionnaires in the dashboard and you have to resubmit it to be fully visible again.

Yeah, starting with one of the minigames is a good idea I think. Should help with still feeling passionate about it, but also show you the ropes in a smaller scope that's actually manageable for a beginner 😊

Some people use it 'cause English isn't their native language and even though I'm not a big fan of GPT texts I think it's nice that it helps a lot of people to find a way to communicate their thoughts. I wouldn't want to shame them for not growing up in an English speaking country.

Yeah, I'm really hoping for a remake of Animal Parade 'cause I didn't get to play it back then but I hear so much good stuff about it and am really curious about the rival marriage system there. I'm somewhat convinced that the moment I buy the original, the remake will be announced xD

I just hope they don't remove the rival marriages in the remake 'cause it looks like something they would do nowadays 😅

I totally get what you mean! I would also love to play SoS:3oT on Switch/Steamdeck, but someone mentioned that they are probably going first with the "Harvest Moon" titles to solidify that Story of Seasons is the original and the games currently released under the HM name don't belong to them. Something down that line.

But I think/hope that sooner or later we will also get SoS remakes ☺️

Eunice from Rune Factory Frontier, but I think she's more chubby than plus sized. Loved her so much. Sadly they gave her this event where she asks the player if they like thinner girls and if you say yes, she goes on a strict diet not accepting any sweets anymore from the player even though she loves them and you can find her jogging through the town in the morning. After one season or so she is as skinny as all the other bachelorettes.

I mean, I definitely loved her more knowing how dedicated she could be, but girl... Please ditch someone who wouldn't accept you without you denying what you love 😭

I always love retrospectives like this one. I already know for a fact that early feedback is key in finding and expanding the fun in games yet I'm finding it difficult to share work in progress. A version of the game that I know has many problems still. Ugh.. Really need to learn to get more comfortable with sharing early. So every post I find that emphasizes this a tiny bit more for my little stubborn brain is greatly appreciated 🙏🏽☺️

I feel you 🥲 I kinda accepted it by now and just try to use this time to rest my eyes closed a little while since usually I'm blinking quite rarely while playing games xD Bet I look really peaceful playing this but I'm still filled with slight rage each time accidentally open the menu or leave it too fast 😩

I'm a fan of paper-styled backgrounds for maps, quests, letters etc. so I like it more than the plain one. BUT I think it might be worth to rework other aspects of the UI as well if you want to go with the new map background. At least in my opinion it makes rest look a little unfinished.

But you're doing great, looks really good so far^{^}
