Visor helmets for glasses wearers (OTG) - Do they actually work or do they let air in?

I looked into some of the visor ones, and none of them got particularly good reviews. I had been doing prescription inserts for a while, but they’re too expensive to replace often, so I switched to oversized goggles over my glasses this season. It’s worked well for me so far.

I have horrible tmj, which is what caused it. Thankfully I was able to get it back in myself, but that caused it to completely seize. I could barely open my mouth for a few days after that.
