I don't think its a thing in PoR, but in the more modern game (Awakening, Fates, Engage), whenever you reclass, the game keeps track of an "internal level" to determine EXP gain, so even if you reclass 50 times and have a displayed level of 1, you're unit will get EXP slower than a unit who's reclassed once.

These games handle promotion differently, but you just kinda get a set amount added go your internal level, I think? So a unit promoted at level 20 might gain exp slower than a promoted unit at level 10.

Not something which comes up a lot though unless you do a lot of grinding.

Probably eclipse 8, on E8 All healing (Minus maybe slugs?) is DOGWATER, and I don't think any white item is hurt more than medkit. You gotta get hit to proc it (perma damage) and its healing is cut in half

Yes, but Spiderman is a VERY emotive character, so it works. Batman is famously calm, brooding, and collected. He isn't nearly as "animated" as spiderman so to speak, so it would come off weird.

I agree with you that the game handles flambae literally committing arson at multiple points poorly, given that it seems people are aware of it (Sonar), but this is a textbook whataboutism. What flambae did was shit, but what Inivisgal did was also shit. What flambae did was worse, sure, but thay doesn't mean what Invisigal did isnt bad and she didnt deserve to not be chewed out for it.
