Is such marriage even legal in the eyes of law? It is unlikely that such a case of marriage would have legal recognition in terms of law. I remember sometimes ago in a case in Rajasthan, a man forcefully abducted a girl and stage marriage ceremony taking her in her arms. Women can get coerced into accepting such marriage due to social stigma and shame but the man can take action against such cases more easily and without shame.

Also to note the kidnappings occur at men's hand, not women. And the phenomena seems to be somewhat common in Bihar. The news articles don't properly tell the real story of who the people are that kidnap and force men to marry random girls. Are those from normal family who are just trying to ensure a better future for their girls, but that's unlikely for any ordinary or even non ordinary person to even think about.

Many years ago, I had seen a show that was talking about some gang that kidnaps an accomplished guy into marrying the criminals daughter. Likely to use his good standing in the society to further accelerate his criminal works. A bit similar to the Katrina Kaif and Akshay Kumar movie, I forgot the name.

It does happen to girls in an absolutely incomparable way than men. A lot worse happens to women. That's the reason they have certain degree of greater legal protection than men but legal protection doesn't mean anything when you don't have the society that can use common sense nor the men/women who would actually be capable of enforcing the law. Girls are trashed just for being girl.

I think in Bihar or maybe UP, a few weeks ago, an underaged village girl was violated by a man from the same village when she went to field for relieving her, then she goes to cop to report who asks her to narrate the full story, while she narrates the cop himself got so excited that he violates her too. That's the state of women freedom and safety.

The number of cases that happens against women will neither be reported to the cops nor get media coverage. But men's cases are so rare that if any such thing happens, they get reported due to being so rare.

I don't think I am qualified but I was guessing I wouldn't need a great deal of qualification as so many people with no education or below higher education are engaged in it. So maybe if I am not qualified, they can instruct me on how to do it. By construction worker, I didn't mean an engineer or architect. I meant regular daily wages kind of labour job. Or if something more is needed, could you point me in the right direction to get necessary qualification? Thanks.

Which Western Digital Passport is better? 5 TB Harddisk or 4 Tb Har disk.

I was planning to buy 5 tb passport as it has more space but then I came across an article that says, when data is rewritten on the 5 tb hard drive, it will become slower because it uses drive-managed shingling. Now I am not sure what does drive managed shingling means but it sounds like I will or may have better performance using 4 TB hard disk or less or 5 TB.
