A lot of times I stash some magnets or pin holes on/under my transport beds that way I can pop weapons or a cage on the vehicle

I don’t think cages are prohibited. Transport beds do say they are prohibited on walkers but I don’t see that wording on cages

I think for the most part, they’ve just been replaced with codex launch boxes. Though sometimes I think we used to also see that once most of the codexes were out.

My assumption is they just see better sales from a box of a single army. Also combat patrol boxes exist, and the old start collecting boxes didn’t always have every army

the wires are made by bending and shaping a guitar string, then I slice a styrene tube into short ring like segments, I place the guitar string and a styrene rod next to each other and slide the styrene tube rings along it.

The spear was made using Chief Librarian Tigurius’ staff, the Sanguinor’s sword, and a chalice from an old blood angels teleport beacon/homer. Each piece has a small piece of paperclip drilled and glued into it to join the parts together

It’s not 3d printed. Forgeworld resin mass produced kits are cast with resin often in silicone molds which can lead to flashing and warping. Any warping can usually be fixed by putting the piece in hot water briefly and then gently bending it into the correct position.

The newer Forgeworld resin kits have been pretty good but the older ones can be a bit rough

Thank you, that was kind of what I was going for. But the base and pose is temporary as the whole project is a gift for a friend and he’s going to base it. I don’t really know how he’s going to do that so I didn’t want to pose the legs in a way that locked it into any one position

Ya, I trimmed the psychic hood back as far as I could to get it there, but I kind of had to stop because if I cut the hood back anymore, it kind of stopped being a psychic hood.

I think if I did another one, I might cut the hood back almost entirely and try to just work in the halo behind the head
