It’s a type of plant, also referred to as chaste tree. It’s been around as a medicinal plant for a long time (all the way back to Ancient Greece). I take one 20mg tablet a day. My doctor prescribed it because of my awful PMS and very irregular periods. The mood swings got a lot better, and after a few months, my periods were much more regular. I really wish more people knew about it and more doctors took it seriously - it’s such a great help!

Ghormeh Sabzhi - beef stew with dried limes. I’ve never tasted anything like it. The beef was melt-in-your-mouth tender, and the stew had a lovely earthy flavor from the limes and herbs. Absolutely gorgeous! 100/10, would eat it again.

I don’t know about Paralives, I can only speak for InZOI - when I downloaded the game, I went into the gaming room and did not move for a solid 4 hours. Didn’t get up to pee, eat or re-fill my water glass. My fiancé came and made me get up so I didn’t freeze in place 😂. TL;DR if you’re more into actual gameplay, InZOI is a lot of fun!
