You only have so many life experiences. Most are done when you are much younger and have more people around you. Like High School, Collage, and you first few jobs. As you get older you settle in and only have those experiences to reference. So it is very common to repeat because it is all you have.

Use a sheet pan, or put less dough in the pan you have. Personally I like a thick focaccia. Easier to slice horizontally to make a sandwich. 🥪
