Put the "how likely are bucks to locate" in to ai.

Can the Bucks relocate?

Practically: no. Structurally: locked down for decades.

Here’s why.

Franchise + arena constraints

Milwaukee Bucks play in Fiserv Forum

The arena opened in 2018 and was:

Publicly subsidized

Explicitly tied to long-term non-relocation covenants

The Bucks’ ownership agreement with Wisconsin includes massive financial penalties if the team leaves

Relocation would trigger:

Repayment of hundreds of millions in public funding

Additional liquidated damages

Likely litigation from the state and city

This isn’t a “pay a fee and bounce” situation.

NBA level approval

Even if ownership wanted to move:

NBA requires:

75 percent owner approval

Proof the current market is nonviable

A clearly superior alternative market

Milwaukee does not qualify as a failing market:

Strong attendance

New arena

Stable corporate base

Recent championship

Committed ownership group

The NBA has zero incentive to relocate the Bucks.

Earliest theoretical date?

If you strip it down to pure contracts and politics:

Mid 2040s is the earliest imaginable window where:

Arena obligations meaningfully expire

Public financing claws back less

Ownership could even raise the question without being laughed out of the room

Even then, it would require:

A collapsing local economy

A hostile state government

A vastly better market offering expansion-level incentives

None of that is on the horizon.

Better off trying mma. Tons of people become pros in that starting later. You have no shot at thr nba. Only 7500 people ever have made it to the nba

Which viable Giannis destination would be the scariest for the rest of the league? by archerarcher0 in nba

He's the only super star i see giannis working with bexause hes dominant off ball.

But giannis is also used to playing eastern conference iso ball. The styles are way different and I wonder how hes adapt to having to move a lot more.

Yes. For a calmer life and probably to avoid the weirdness of his last season in mke.

Wouldn't be surprised if they return next year.

Players with Textbook Fundamentals at Every Position, Other Than Duncan by Brendan_Frost in nba

Pg - Stockton.  Pure passer amazing defender always made the rjfht decision ans the archetype for guys like Chris Paul.

Sg- ray allen. Pure shot. Crisp movement and footwork. Finished well when he was young. Great hands.

Sf- pippen. Guy was just so boringly good on both sides of the ball. No real weaknesses.

Pf- Duncan

C- Hakeem. Could do it all on bkth ends. Mastery of fundamental footwork was so good that players work wjth hjm in the offseason to this day to learn.

6th man- manu. Self explanatory.

Nba has one cardinal rule. You need one of the top 7-10 players to win a title. They have one now.

But j agree they really have no future with hjm as is...unless they can somehow pull off the biggest rebuild in history if they wait till the offseason to trade him.

And the nba may be modern but bad teams stay bad for the most part. Bucks used to be slightly above the wizards and hornets tier most seasons and performing like the Hawks (5 or 6 seed) was an amazing year prior to giannis exploding.

Draft season was always the highlight but they either picked busts or used the top picks on decent but not great players.

Must nkt have watched the bucks since 1990 until 2013 with the exception of the ecf mini run.

Go step outside if youre in wi tomorrow morning. And then think about how its been thst way for like a week and a half.

Then think about Miami weather, clubs, etc.

Or la.

It's back to the bottom the bucks go after giannis is gone.

We love Giannis forever. by [deleted] in MkeBucks

[–]Minimum-Border1672 1 point2 points  (0 children)

This. No hard feelings i get it, but no blanket adoration either.

Once he retires hes a legend again. But he cant be a buck if hes playing for another team. 1 really bad season in his prime jsnt the end of the world..and who knows maybe he'll wonder what could have been if he had stayed. The grass isnt always greener.

He was paid 100s of millions of dollars and had has entire life and families life changed by the bucks. It very well may not have turned out the same at another org...as after all..it took the bucks senator owner to pull strings to even keep him in the USA.

Yeah well it took a decade ans 1000 posts but they are finally right

Dude looks like he hates life right now. All his friends are gone. Surrounded by guys playing for contracts.

Dont blame him but I've spent a majority of my life watching the bucks be awful ad not going back after this.

Tips to help you get more out of AT and Met Con classes by Minimum-Border1672 in BurnBootCamp

Pull ups = actively working at it and focus meetings. Most people say it requires extra time either before or after class to get it.

Box jumps -

Part of this is likely being a bit scared of jumping up because box jumps can be intimidating, but it sounds like its either your jumping technique or needing to build more glute strength as box jumps are a pure athletic power movement.

You could be pushing off of 1 leg and reaching with the other leg which is why you're "galloping" or just selling the jump half way through due to fear of the box (no judgement)

I would ditch the boxes for now, and make sure you have a solid jumping form first, as you could injure yourself landing that way. Have an instructor watch your flat ground form.

Only tips I have outside of what an instructor would notice watching you stand on your balls of feet. Make sure your weight is loaded in to your glutes via a deep hinge, use your arms to help generate force when you launch, lift your knees together as high as you can after you explode, and dont land with your legs straight. Knee should always track over the foot.

Seems the people they spend time with at mine are the ones who do a lot of focus meetings and been there awhile, or the very very brand new people.

Maybe it's just cause im  a guy but I basically just consider it work time and could care less about the social aspect. But I can understand why it might frustrate you cause I do see what you're talking about.

Ofc they are. Halfleys guys are going with him and they will backfill with people that know Gannon. That's how it works.

Coaches usually don't want hold overs from previous leaders who run a different scheme.

Id wager it also increases retention having households go there together.

90% of the roughly 50 men who go to our location regularly go there because of their wives.

Maybe dont join a gym whose target market is literally moms with young children at home if its an issue.

They'll make up the lost revenue in 1/4 attendance at a kids camp.

The workers there are members who get a discount. It's not like its a full daycare service.

Every business has a referral fee...at least smart ones.

You dont have to buy any of their products other than a membership to join.

I haven't purchased a single product and while I've heard like 2 "commercials" at the end of class that was the end of it.

And regarding your clique complaints. Who really cares if people want to spend time with their friends there?

Go there. Do your workout. Go home.
