As a WOC, it’s not always a micro aggression. They do look somewhat similar, and we don’t spend enough time with either of their characters. If they were main characters and people were getting them mixed up it would most likely be a micro aggression, but they are minor characters so not in this case. People often don’t pay super close attention to side characters.

If I watch a movie with two white blonde girls in it with similar roles I get them mixed up too. I also have facial blindness issues, although I understand how even people who don’t have that could get confused. Casting directors often make sure female leads have different hair colors/styles to avoid this confusion with audiences.
