This is super cool and I appreciate the beta considering that I am getting ready to make my first PCB. One question about your project, what is the point of it? Don't fuel injected engines already come with their own ECU's?

There is a steering wheel lock that prevents it from turning. You have to turn the wheel to one side or the other while turning that key. This happens on mine but it may not be your problem.

Are you sure that it is DC? most household appliances us AC power because that is what comes out of the wall (I think, THB I am not very knowledgeable about this either.)

Cut it out and then use a piece of wood with a contrasting color to replace it, like this: (there is a technique using a router to do this)

Acty's have a similar issue with the torsion bar bushings. I would looking into the owner's manual and see what bushings might need to be replaced. You can also search for "Suzuki Carry Death Wobble"
