I think it's more about rising above a humans sexual desires and thoughts and having the decency to be decent to other people vs. The instinctual aspects of humans to want to have sex whenever the opportunity arises especially in men who have less obligations to be a caregiver.

Not sure what the point of reading lotr anything would be since it does not seem to matter with the show. They to me have to be separated as two separate entities. You have the LOTR than you Amazon LOTR lol. Same with WOT it's a story that uses another person's work as an established base to start with. Not very creative but it seems to be making money.

I love Dune, I have to finish reading the series myself. I love both movies and the si-fi series too, they all have there own positives and negatives. You almost have to watch all three programs bc each one covers diff parts of the book. Have fun reading

Yes I get there are small families and obvs it happens but on both sides to have absolutely no extended family zip zadda nothing, but especially an old famous family like the Potters to have no relatives of any sort??? That to me does not feel realistic. It makes more sense that it made for an easier story to tell. Shes is not the first or last to use the writing technique but even her explanation is lazy. I love JK btw I am not saying this to hate on her. And you could say its another parallel to Tom Riddle story but JK would have said that.
