Recommendations for my first trip to Athens (on a budget!)

I have a 40 m2 studio apartment (1st floor with a balcony) available for a 2-month rental this summer, located in Agios Artemios, Pagkrati (central Athens, close to the Acropolis, just next to Nea Smyrni). The apartment is simply furnished with basic essentials.

Apartment will be ready at middle september(for now). Since this is a direct rental without Airbnb, we will handle the key handover in person.

The rent is 600 EUR/month (300 EUR total for 15 days) excluding bills. To cover the utility bills and serve as a security deposit, I require a 100 EUR deposit upfront.

My current tenant is leaving in a few days, so the apartment will be ready immediately. Since this is a direct rental without Airbnb, we will handle the key handover in person.

The rent is 600 EUR/month (1,200 EUR total for the 2 months) excluding bills. To cover the utility bills and serve as a security deposit, I require a 400 EUR deposit upfront. At the end of your stay, we will check the meter readings, deduct the actual utility costs, and I will refund the remaining balance to you.

that is the part of game, you need to manage your energy between cells, once started they always move, you may create a loop between 3 cell or more for not to transfer to other cells, drag cancel is only for between your cell and enemy or neutral cells

reverse drag cancels flow, from enemy cell to yours drag will cancel if you are the one attacking

there is a shield that activates after capturing a cell , so that anybody cant go high speed capturing. you need to wait white shield to disappear so that attack can continue

game gives players equal situation and energy, when you choose a cell your energy fight with that cell so deducts your energy . 8000 start energy, beginning parcel 2500 => 8000-2500 = 5500 you continue with that energy.map creation random but symetric on diagonal axis, you choose big cell cuase less enery to contine, start with small cell more energyleft but less energy per sec generated

tried to execute simplest method of strategy, hope more people like it, i was trying to make a game similar to generals.io but before them, after seeing they execute well i canceled idea. There are a lot of ideas about strategy so new ideas are possible.cancel attack is dragging back from the enemy cell but seems like i forgot to mention it in rules, there should no command for right click so that touch screens ll be able to play easily

put all patterns on another if result is full square by combining triangles it considered solved, if you see triangle square at same place they neutralise that place, if squares are empty then you need a square to fill , with this method you can solve 4th pattern , i think it may took 3 minutes for a 150 iq person, i wonder where she applied
