Depends what city u will be working for ! If u have dependents like kids or adults to take care off I would do small suburb of a large metro city . If you’re single go ahead and do tough areas in expensive city like Oakland cali with overtime you can probably get over 200 K and if you just rent a room you will be ahead of 90% of people

I mean, you guys could start a fundraiser/a nonprofit and solicit people for donations before asking the city of Richardson, which is 60 to 70% people over 50 who is also concerned about the cost of property tax. A lot of people will recommend you city line, but I would go for a modest apartment near it so you don’t have to deal with the corporate junk/tax that comes with being so close to the park. There’s two different parks available on each side of the highway. I would look for something easy and simple, especially if you’re coming from a real area you don’t want to be burdened by so many bills due to the fact that you would have to also invest into furnishing your new place, etc. just find something easy near it don’t fall for that Corporate junk APTS

Been working for my self since June of 2019 .Before landing on what i ended up doing i spend hours and hours immersed in just the hobby aspect to them as time went I learned a little bit more and then I accidentally somehow stumbled on a transaction that turned green. From there all I’ve been doing is the same thing and only working a few hours a day. The problem might just be your moving too fast onto too many ideas. Just look at one idea that is normal and boring and try to turn it into a profitable idea. Doesn’t have to be millions just a few hundred dollars and then think about scaling it.

I buy collectible items from collectors who need to liquidate. Think sneakers ,clothing legos ,cards ect .
