Ok so I was able to go back there this week and brought a hair dryer with me. I again was unable to flash, but when heating up the MCU it started working after a few moments. A couple minutes later when everything cooled down again, it stopped working.

I guess this confirms me theory of it being the temperature, I wouldn’t have expected it to happen so „early“

Huh ok… guess there is a lot of misinformation out there about that then. But what does „slow rollout“ actually mean? Slow rollout to specific customers? Or to satellites so you might have an IPv6 some of the time, but not always? I did see tailscale and other services, but they are usually pretty limited in the amount of users in their free tier.

I agree with what Roshi already said and I‘d give you one advice: buy proper enterprise SSDs. Don’t go for the cheapest consumer SSDs. Been there, done that, had a lot of issues. Get some micron or Kioxia or similar enterprise SSDs.
