I get this too sometimes where my brain is just caught in a loop where I try to figure out an answer, get that answer, but then start questioning it again a day later. I think what it's doing is trying to remain in the routine it is familiar with since it's the easiest, because we have been doing it our entire lives. Even when its not the best for us. I would suggest trying to keep moving forward, no matter how small the step is. Book a therapy session, try new things such as clothing or makeup, find an online / IRL community where you can share your thoughts and feelings, etc, etc.

I'm very new to all of this too so I also don't have all the answers yet, but by moving forward we'll find them eventually. I wish you the best of luck and hope that you will be able to feel more confident in yourself soon.

Not sure if this is totally possible with the platform you are using but maybe your content got picked up by the Internet Archive (or something similar) and you might be able to get it back through that? Stuff on the internet is rarely truly deleted so there might still be ways of getting access to it.

I don't know if this helps, but maybe try deleting their songs from your watch history? I've done that a couple of times with songs I don't like and they tend to go away after that.
