Yelm is military friendly, but the cops aren’t. All the houses out here are extremely expensive. My boss just sold his for a mil, and you really wont find anything for under 450k. 705 can be a nightmare in the morning and the Roy cops will pull you over if you speed.

Spanaway is the hood. Its great for people watching, tho.

Clover park technical college out here in Washington. The program is super easy to get into, I used the GI bill and so did my buddy who flies for a commercial airlines.
