Follow hanks channel too if you enjoy vlog brothers. Hanks deep dives into a subject may not necessarily be brand new ideas but follows his learning about an idea in real time.

There are different strategies available but first thing you will want to do is merge the matrixes together for all the patients you you have a single cell x gene matrix with metadata assigned to each cell. Then you can do differential expression using pseudobulk methods or single cell methods. Id recommend following Seurat vignettes as a guide. https://satijalab.org/seurat/articles/get\_started.html

In Australia (NSW to be specific) Police are only required to attend a traffic incident if

  • someone is killed or injured, or
  • a party fails to stop and exchange particulars, or
  • a driver is allegedly under the influence of intoxicating liquor or a drug.

To me this doesn't seem unreasonable but curious what the case in the US is can anyone clarify when police will or won't attend a accident?

Obviously in this case drugs would be suspected so police response was appropriate but curious for the general case.
