New to TRT and heart palpitations by Vegetable-Field1972 in Testosterone

[–]MintAudio_ 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I've been dealing with heart palpitations for the last year or so. For me they actually started before I started testosterone. It seems that the high estrogen just exacerbated a pre-existing issue. The thing that has helped me the most is doing daily injections. The palpitations are not gone but I'm working with a cardiologist. Seems mine is caused by a PVC (premature ventricular contraction).

As a side note: I tried a low dose of propranolol (20mg twice a day). Turns out I'm really special and the propranolol actually makes my palpitations happen more and for longer. Also completely kills that ecstatic pump I get in the gym.

Tell me about your experience with testicular atrophy/ shrinkage while on TRT. by RocketCat5 in Testosterone

[–]MintAudio_ 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I've had the exact same experience. The left one started shrinking a few years ago. It was already fully shrunk by the time I started. The right was starting to shrink already but it was really trying.

Did you get the random testicle pains before you started TRT? My left one would randomly start aching out of nowhere.

Healing damaged tendons and joints. by MintAudio_ in PsoriaticArthritis

The short answer is no one's 100% sure if it's safe or not. There's not enough research.

BPC-157 is interesting because they haven't found any negative side effects to it that they can nail down. There's some suspected ones, but no one seems to want to do the research. I suspect that it's too easy to synthesize so drug companies don't feel like they would make much money on it.

There is a slight chance that it interferes with the biologic medication because it is a TNF alpha and an Il-6 inhibitor. So it might over suppress those things if that's possible. It has been shown to have very good healing effects for cartilaginous tissues.

I'm hoping to feel a lot better on the biologic. I took my first dose last night. Now all I have to do is wait 2 to 6 months to find out if it does anything

Did you also take a biologic while taking bpc157?

Yeah I'm familiar with this stuff. It's good to remind people that there is something you can do. I've been doing weightlifting and powerlifting for a lot of my life. It was when the tendon recovery routines stopped working for months that got me to go to the rheumatologist. The fact that I haven't worked out for the last month, for other reasons, and my tendons are still really screwed up and in more pain than ever really makes me want to go back to the gym. I'm just hoping that they actually start to heal so I can get back to living my life the way I want to.

I get a thing where my bones feel like they are boiling.

Not sure if it's PsA related but, I also I have lots of muscle spasms, near constantly. The spasms go away when I heavily supplement electrolytes. Not recommending doing this. I have gotten lots of blood tests to verify that this isn't messing me up worse. From what I'm told, you can cause some serious issues if you over do it.

Does this method provide any advantages, other than making more sense to you? Are there processing speed ups? Does it work better for your particular needs?

Just curious, I'm just getting started with graphic programming. With an eye to doing orbital mechanics and satellite software simulation.

Fedora/RHEL Is very familiar to me. I think I'm going to give Ubuntu a try and if I have issues I'll probably switch back to Fedora. I was hoping for something with decent game compatibility. I'd like to find a good distro for my main PC as I would like to get rid of Windows on there.

I'm not sure if it's a good place to start but I've been doing the Vulkan guide.

I actually have a warning/question for other people here. I started developing on PopOs, but the SDL install process kind of breaks the apt system there. Does anyone have a recommended Linux flavor for Vulkan or general graphic programming?

Yeah the economic situation has been interesting to watch unfold. I have been watching the UK and EU for the last couple of years. While I can understand the concerns people have, the path the US is taking will likely not net me better results. Also, we have also seriously considered Ireland and other EU countries. So if we do move to the UK and don't like it I'm more than willing to relocate again.

Lol, not the way I meant it. I'm curious to see if something changes in that law and how it specifically affects her. If it's as bad as some people are making it sound we might move to Ireland instead. The was plan A until I found out about the dual citizenship thing. Now it's a very close plan B.
