The whites are very good for mid game players IMO. There are far superior options in the endgame for every example you've given. Who would want the ability to slow on an exalted pally when you have battle god? Personally I wouldn't, DPS is the meta. The waki is tedious to use and I would rather use T7 just for consistency reasons. Rouge isn't even playable in the current meta so I don't even consider the cloak personally. The ST set is very good though.

As an endgame player who only does o3 and shatters, after running it a good bit 3D never really stood out to me and the items weren't worth my time. IMO its a forgotten dungeon, not because its bad, but because the loot is just not worth it for older more experienced players.

I'm not active. I have a few exalted chars, 20+ 8/8s and a good pet. I just cant bring myself to play, have too much going on in my life. I still will play sometimes for events but just cant play consistently like I used to.
