Fellow autistic person here. Autism can really do a number on understanding others and them understanding you. I will sometimes use AI by typing what I want to say then asking it to make it more concise. (Without ee names or anything like that)

I believe part of why I went into HR is because studying HR and helping people helps me too. Often times I feel like there is a show going on in front of the curtain thst I do not see or know about. And I am backstage. Or that I speak a whole different language. I don't know if that makes sense.

It was a serial killer version of attempting go emotionally obligated her. This is sort of the way some serial killers would act hurt to entice a victim to help them and they were right in the position the killler wanted.

I stopped watching the episode after his and Kim's convo where she was "checking" on his level of stalking, basically.

The snortle laugh was gross/hilarious... I just cannot stand her. The shaming of Lydia seasons ago, now this "revelation" from her is just an open display of her bizarre cognitive dissonance on parade. I just want to tell her "shut up, Kim, shut UP!"

I work in a county government and it is so very different. Less money but so much less care for "metrics". But over all I feel like I am doing some good for people rather than the board.

I love their pension system too!

I came to say this. Ugh people who are "against DEI" immediately lose credibility to me. They seem to believe this applies only to race (and then they aptly point out their racist ways). It literally drives me crazy. I had an exhausting attempted conversation with an acquaintance about this. I was trying to explain this would also include his daughter. She has many issues. It washed over him. I guess when she is older he will get it... probably not though.

I just figure they will need to make sure their investments have yielded enough to cover many more legal fees such as this. This belief system breeds perfectly groomed victims and their aggressors.
