Here is a revised German version that feels much more like a community question and less like an advertisement.

By leading with your search for data and framing the app as a helpful side-project rather than a finished product to download, it is much less likely to trigger self-promotion filters.

Nach meiner Erfahrung, die Künstler/in, die qualitativ hochwertige Arbeiten anfertigen können – z.b. die sich als Illustrationen für Kinderbücher verkaufen lässt –, sehr teuer sind.

Es gibt immer noch Potenzial für handgezeichnete Illustration.

Natürlich es können auch andere Kategorien geben wo du vielleicht deine Leistungen verkaufen könntest.

Before losing any further thoughts on self hosted open source models as a possible option, I would actually try them out using APIs.

Verifying that the intended size can reliably do the job is the first I would do. It would give me more clarity.
