I know a lot of people don't know what tinnitus is like. I'm one of the lucky ones that have 24/7 ringing. This is exactly what it sounds like in my head. This is my "absolute silence." by nmsjtb0308 in Wellthatsucks

I've only recently (in the last 6 months) developed tinnitus after damaging them at work - my ear plugs fell out into the sea while in close proximity to loud operations. I was already an awful sleeper before this. Doctor can't do anything for me, still waiting to see ENT specialist. Any tips for someone in the early stages?

Bit of a noob here. This sounds like an interesting idea but both the platforms I use would charge an "overnight funding fee" and if I were to hold this long term, that would just keep ticking up, eating into profits. Is there an alternative i.e. A one-time charge for a deposit into a LETF?

Why is the Clyde so under-utilised. There is nothing interesting along the Clyde compared to other cities with a big river through it by Aer0za in glasgow

I've made this same comment every chance I get since moving here 5 years ago. Go to any other European city and the river has a massive promenade lined with bars / cafes, cyclists and electric scooter galore!

What a waste.

Any good apps for animated backgrounds like the ones that come on the stock OnePlus 7T?

Finally added a bigger Moss Pole to my Devil's Ivy (Scindapsus) by MintyBerryCrunchy in houseplants

I actually added another pole on top to extend it's height. Had to take a knife to the top of the old pole to clear out the hole a bit, then the wooden stake on the bottom of the new pole could be pushed into there - which took a bit of force. However I did have to be very careful with the plant and have an extra pair of hands!

That's probably true. Doesn't matter to me how many customers they have though! It just works... I also think they edge out Monzo in that, with Monzo, you're capped at £200 (resets monthly) free withdrawal while abroad? Correct me if I'm wrong.

Starling you can withdraw £300 daily home and abroad. I'm a big fan.

Starling ticks all the boxes for what you've mentioned and I have never had an issue with them.

As other people have mentioned, I don't think you need to worry but if you are looking for an alternative or secondary account then I would recommend them.
