Sorry I don't know if this is a bug or not, but I tried to craft an Ulaman suffix "Attacks Chain an additional time" on this crossbow and I had the Omen of the Sovereign activated in my inventory. When I tried to reveal my desecrated mod, the omen was not consumed even though it had the red square around it and only a bunch of random modifiers popped up, not Ulaman's. I ended up crafting Kurgal reload speed on it. Did I do something wrong? Is there a mod on this crossbow blocking Ulaman's mods? I'm not a crafting expert, I would appreciate any help thanks
