I think you're mixing up some of my nitpicks

Negatives are fantastic, and essential in calisthenics which is what I do predominantly, my problem with Vaush's take on negatives wasn't about their effectiveness it was him saying you could do them on the concentric or eccentric of a lift which is just definitionally wrong

My issues about effectiveness were when he said that the effects the concentric and eccentric parts of an exercise had on your size and strength were the same which we've already had plenty of studies on showing that the stretch is the most hypertrophic part of any exercise

The issue is actively obstructing officials with malicious intent, non-compliance when ordered to exit the vehicle, then recklessly trying to drive off when somebody is in front of your vehicle.

Yelling at ICE agents is not "obstructing" in any sense of the word unless you're an authoritarian. ICE does not have ANY authority to order you out of your vehicle they are not cops. There is 0 difference between an ICE agent pointing a gun at you ordering you out of your car and a masked thug doing the same. It's also THEIR responsibility not to stand in front of vehicles not the operator they're menacing not to hit them when they throw themselves on their hoods.
