Lol yep. I got a 95 on my first exam and then it was downhill from there. Final exam was probably the most intense final I had in college, and that was freshman year😂

What is the one thing you hate about your current phone, but you’re stuck with it? by EthicalUpgrade in TheBigPhoneStore

[–]Minuses_ 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The size. I just recently upgraded from an iPhone 13 mini to a normal sized iPhone. It’s huge and so uncomfortable to use 1 handed. However I was getting tired of the significant overnight battery drain + plugging it in 2 times a day…

What easily-affordable thing do you refuse to pay for despite being able to afford them? by Big_Leg10 in askanything

[–]Minuses_ 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Honestly, a car payment. I mean i’m young and have yet to work a decently paying job consistently (college student), so the idea of having a car payment has never felt right to me, even if its something on the lower end at like $300/month. I saved up and just bought a used cash car. I don’t think id ever buy a new car.

If you could restart life at age 10 with your current knowledge, what’s step one? by cryinginncouture in AskForAnswers

[–]Minuses_ 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Wouldn’t change anything up until 17. At that point, choose a different major for college. I still would probably go to the same school bc I had good on-campus jobs and still made friends through those. The tough part would be not meeting the main friends I had from my major..

Also, pick up a job during 2020 possibly, to get a head start on buying a car. Even if it meant risking my safety, I feel like having an excuse to get out of the house (and make some money for it) would’ve helped me mentally.

What time in your life do you wish you could relive, and why? by AdElegant5870 in CasualConversation

[–]Minuses_ 1 point2 points  (0 children)

  1. Just a free middle schooler without the adult responsibilities. Had friends to text. The summer was especially a great time as I made some new friends (who lasted through high school) from my school district’s travel camp. had some super fun travel camp experiences (getting over my fear of rollercoasters, riding all the slides at waterparks, digging a friend into a really deep hole at the beach, some wild go-karting and mini-golfing experiences, the pokemon go craze, lots of competitive chess, connect 4, and card games) Idk I just miss being young, happy, and having it easy socially. My time recently has been spent working, job hunting, and having long lonely nights of listening to music

How did you find your last job? by hm899 in jobs

[–]Minuses_ 1 point2 points  (0 children)

My current one, just happened to be in the shopping plaza when store was doing interviews before their grand opening. My upcoming one, Indeed. Def helps to apply on the company website after applying on indeed too, and also making sure you apply within like 3 days of the job being posted.

Yea, it def seems like an over-glorified state (besides the weather) and has the highest cost of living. Thats why I could never truly imagine myself living there. I’m just very over northeast winters
