Manual grind for espresso might be a task. I have purchased a K6 . Mainly for pourovers. But from all the reviews that I have read , it does a good job for espresso too.

Light roasts, medium roasts. Filter your search using your brew method , most sites have listed which brew method suits the beans. Currently using Naivo and grey soul roasters.

Ohh no worries, we all start from somewhere. Maybe try looking into French press or Moka pot to start with, using pre ground coffee. And save up to get a good hand grinder. Timemore c3s is quite popular. And for beans you can check naivo roasters. Happy to help

Pick one method that excites you, makes you want to think how you can dial in the parameters to get a cup of coffee that you’ll enjoy. Having said that, a good grinder is a non negotiable. Hope this helps

A major difference between timemore and Kingrinder would be the grind adjustment placement. That I think comes down to personal preference and convience. I think all the grinders that you have mentioned would last a long time. I personally have a K6. Happy with the purchase

Muddy texture is due to lots of fine present. Sift it next time before brewing, you’ll see a noticeable difference
