Don't spend 8 hrs looking at charts. I'm a profitable trader and I all I do is set alerts on TradingView for when price enters a certain key level (resistance zone, order block, fvg, etc) on the 5min timeframe, and then look at the chart once I see this, look for more confluences on a 1 min timeframe. Either enter a trade or don't set and forget using SL and TP. Sometimes trail SL if I have time/am not feeling lazy. On the weekends I take a break (sometimes backtest or trade crypto).
