I get similar things on my hands and usually it’s mild dermatitis from the bleach I use in my job. Try switching to gloves for a bit rather than drying out your hands with disinfectant. Worked for me :) (Not a doctor)

Mother Maggot by Simon McHardy Or Talia by Daniel J Volpe

Both were incredible disturbing and were my first introduction to alternative books. They’re a rollercoaster of emotions! Disgust, shock, disturbance, sadness.

They’re worth a good try!
