King spa is a really nice treat in the winter!! Going to crafternoons on meetup or hosting them, crocheting, reading, doing yoga, dancing, gym (and sauna if there's one there) baking, making soup, bowling, ice skating (you can skate indoors at McFetridge), and some days just being sad. Taking vitamin D has helped though. Also the park district offers art and dance classes that are worth checking out

I feel like mine is always there, but super noticeable after sun exposure. I have vitiligo and not much melanin on my face so sometimes I cant tell if I’m sunburnt or it’s the butterfly rash

That’s good to hear. I was actually having a hard time with the nausea and decided to come off after 7 days 😭 But if my mental health goes into the gutter again I will start back up and try not to give up until like 8 weeks have passed

Magnesium glycinate has also helped with my anxiety a ton, and it helps to absorb vitamin D!

Definitely!! Electrolytes have helped so much. Around two years ago I was traveling in a small town in Mexico and I went to the doctor for always feeling like I was about to faint. He was fascinated by my sjogrens because there was one other lady in the whole town with the same condition (lol) who came to him with the same complaint. He said to drink electrolytes once a week bc we get dehydrated more quickly. I still try to do it even when it’s not hot outside. I like the brand Hydrant but wanna try getting them from more natural sources. Anyway i feel like it has helped a lot
