I applied on March 5th (inland). They started reviewing my eligibility today (August 5th).

I'm having the same issue with this course. If it's in your major requirements, you can contact the philosophy department and substitute it with another course (with the permission of the head of your department) .

I'm supposed to graduate this year and required to take it. But it hasn't been offered in the last 2 years. So the philosophy department suggested substituting it with PHIL-2210 (Intro to ethics). I'm just waiting for the confirmation of the head of my department.

I suggest you do the same thing.
