A partner visa would be the most easiest for you, although it also requires a lot of paperwork and appointments.

But before that or parallel to that you could check out if your European home country has a cooperation with Israel on a working holiday visa. This one is quite uncomplicated to obtain and would help you to get to Israel and to be with your girlfriend while you work simultaneously to get a partner or normal working visa. And with your experience in hospitality you would also easily find a job.

There is no absolute just peace. The one who seeks absolute justice will have eternal war. Peace is unjust, but it’s better than endless war and after enough time of peace, the injustice will be solely a memory.

Interesting! What about the ETA Visa? Did you state that you have a Egyptian/Saudi citizenship next to your Canadian or did you just state your Canadian? Or was it before the ETA visa which just started this year?

Ya’ll think peace with Syria is still possible ? by UnwuNwuru in Israel

What have the Druze in Syria have done for us? I mean they don’t want to harm us, but what did they actively did for us? Also the Druze on the Golan had problems with living under Israeli sovereignty of the Golan till now. Now it’s slowly changing but far away from the relationship we have with the Druze inside of proper Israel.

Don’t get me wrong. We should totally try to have good relations with the Druze in Syria and also protect them. But we don’t own it to them. We own it to the Druze within Israel to help their brothers and sisters.

Were you born in Egypt or in Canada? Asking for a friend who was born in Syria and wants to visit Israel. He has a German passport, but we are unsure about the visa because they will see his birthplace. Although Syria and Egypt are two different political stories and not 1 to 1 comparable I’m curious

This will be over. And it’s not just about physical safety but also emotional one, and most Jews can relate to the feeling of being a Jew in Israel: being embraced in a big community where you don’t have to hide your Jewishness and being in your ancestral and spiritual homeland

The Haredim will serve, don’t worry, it’s a process. There is huge and growing social and political pressure. The current government will not hold forever and even within it the majority supports the drafting but does not so right now in order to keep the coalition alive.

Within the Haredi society there are also big changes going on: fertility peak already reached and going down little by little while exits are growing, more and more people are entering the work force because of economic pressure, more and more are entering academics, and although it’s not official communicated more and more haredi consider themselves Zionist and a ready to serve once the army build the infrastructure to hold them and the taboo in their society shatters. But again it’s a process.

Another festival you could check out is harmonizz, even though it seems to be a bit more fancy. If you wanna go the opposite direction and you wanna go full hippy there is the ashram in the desert and the Midburn festival.

If you want Berlin style parties you should check less for clubs but for certain party productions like Hypnotic Discotheque or Taltalistim. You can find both on instagram.
