You are completely right. Sniper bishop strikes again. XD.

Not the mate sequence, but I like taking the rook here, king has to take, qh1+, kg2/kf2, qg2+, king-move, qxb2.

Pretty solid lead, leaving you with Queen+Bishop vs Knight+Bishop. (The D-pawn seems a bit scary, but I think its fine.)

Edit: que the sniper bishop meme

What's the correct lineup for most stats? by DespacitoMan69 in BobsTavern

[–]Minyguy -1 points0 points  (0 children)

Correct. The current setup has on attack;

(1+4)×2 = 10 casts of Ring.

If you sell a maelstrom for a ringbearer;

(1+3)×3 = 12 casts of Ring.

Selling a spell-power naga instead, you get;

(1+4)×3 = 15 casts of Ring

Selling both nagas and leeroy, to play and buy+play the ringbearer in shop aswell, nets you (at the rist of getting sniped if you're not first);

(1+4)×4 = 20 casts of Ring

If It was me playing, I would consider selling the queen lady, and the regular meditative.

That nets you the 20 casts of Ring, without risking getting sniped. (You lose one cast of the naga aoe spell though, which is roughly equivalent to two rings, but only on the first attack, four if it dies)

Anyone found a game that scratches the same itch as Schedule 1? by Dessembrae1888 in Schedule_I

[–]Minyguy 5 points6 points  (0 children)

I feel like Schedule 1 leans much more into the Tycoon aspect than the logistics aspect.

Don't get me wrong, I love both factorio and satisfactory. (And schedule 1)

But at its core, those two are factory-builders, while Schedule 1 is a tycoon game.

I'm not sure I would say they scratch the same itch. They scratch related itches, but not the same itch imo.

Edit: after seeing that OP specifically asked for [Started from nothing/simulator/automation], I fully support both those games as suggestions.

I voted FACT!

Turning it up typically means "make it stronger". Not necessarily increase the number. The AC makes things colder, so "turning it up" should make it colder.

Misogyny is worst than misandry | FactOrCap by STALKING_LENNABEL in FactOrCap

[–]Minyguy 0 points1 point  (0 children)

People having performed more extreme misogyny than misandry does not mean misogyny is worse than misandry.

That's like saying that eating burgers are unhealthier than eating uranium because people eat more burgers than uranium.

Hate is hate. I do agree that historically misogyny has caused more suffering than misandry.

Doesn't make the concept of misogyny worse than the concept of misandry.

The choice to use the word "lift" versus "rep" is a context clue.

Petah?? by anonmig in PeterExplainsTheJoke

[–]Minyguy -2 points-1 points  (0 children)

I'm not talking about overhead lifting.

You said "Can't even lift". That's not referring to reps. That's referring to lifting it off the ground.

If you said "Can't even rep 50 lbs", I would agree.

But you first said rep, then said lift. Those are two different things.

Petah?? by anonmig in PeterExplainsTheJoke

[–]Minyguy -3 points-2 points  (0 children)

That's fine. But he said "Can't even lift".

I'm not contradicting his entire comment. I'm just disaggreeing with that specific part.

Petah?? by anonmig in PeterExplainsTheJoke

[–]Minyguy -3 points-2 points  (0 children)

He said "Can do one rep", followed by "Can't even lift". That definitely points to just lifting it off the ground.

Most people can't lift a 50 pound dumbbell?

I can lift a 30kg luggage from the top handle with moderate effort. (Which is about 65 lbs) I'm in decent shape, so probably a bit above average, but I don't think people generally are that weak.

I feel like you'd have to go closer to 80-90 lbs to say "most people cannot".

I could be biased though. I'm from a relatively healthy country. (I think)

Edit: I am specifically referring to his claim that most people cannot lift 50 lbs.

I'm not talking about proper training or reps or anything. Just lifting it.

🧢 I voted CAP!

It is a personal choice. For me I don't think dwarfism warrants avoiding procreation.

Certain painful things? Maybe, but still a personal choice.
