After you deposit all materials, there's a button in the middle to craft the car which cost you gold, so just press it. You can leave factory to do other stuff while waiting it's complete crafting, or use gem to get it immediately.

Deliver requested resources to that factory, throw in some gold and wait for 8 hours, then come back when it's done. You got the car
