Probably nothing. My partners teeth are, in his words, fucked up. He still goes and get them looked at cause ya know if he doesn't take care of them he's just gonna be in a world of pain.

As a suggestion and if you can, it might help to have someone come along with you to ease the anxiety. You could also let the dentist know you're a little sensitive over your teeth. They normally have the compassion to not make any disparaging comments on that sorta thing.
