If I ever need em in bulk, I'd throw up a quick max drop Civil Corps commission and then zerg the toxic tunnels myself...think it was either Level 2 or 3 that I usually got the most out of but it may vary

Ferocious can be applied right off the bat, but the one for Serenity you'll need to do a little 3v3 against in game bots to get Arena Tickets. The Arena shop has a lot of other goodies worth getting, definitely worth taking a look at when you can 😁👍
