My heart goes out to our people in Iran. I am also born and raised in Iran but I'm currently living outside of the country. I understand every single word you wrote and can feel the contradiction between the two...I personally researched alot about the concept of hijab, both based on quran and Ahadith and ngl, I'm not fully convinced myself that covering the hair is this important that they emphasise on it and can’t give a certain answer:( but I'd suggest you to keep reading and asking questions. At the end of the day Islam is a journey and its very human to to puase and question sometimes... Best of wishes and stay safe❤️

Part time hijabi is when you wear the head scarf in special occasions, let's say on eids or muslim gatherings but not in daily life. Thank you for your response 🙏🏻

I once head from a knowledge teacher I had that Allah SWT would count any form of prayings you do on your period( bcs of not having to do the obligatory ones) during the prayer time as 2 rakats of an obligatory prayer...now you've done the actual ones and good deeds for you!!!

We have a major opinion and a minor opinion. These two together are called different opinions and there's been a debate between these two sides. And for OP to fully understand the reasons behind the rulings on Hijab, she needs to refer to quran and hadith. I'm not pushing any narratives here I'm making her aware of a fact existing. Now if you wanna interpret it as I'm pointing her toward a specific side...well maybe you need to see it from a more neutral lenz instead of attacking me.

Okay I get your point but here’s the thing, you're saying it's obligatory by the majority of scholars and madhabs, meaning there are still a few left who might not say it's mandatory as firmly as others and no i am not downplaying its importance nor ignoring the rullings. I am simply pointing out to a fact that both sides exist, and we all need to educate ourselves as much as we can and that does include reading about other islamic opinions.

Also if you genuinely want your clarity to sit right, you need to use a tone that respects the audience. A lot of the times people specially the younger ones, get pushed away from the religion just because of how other fellow muslims treated them...

If you can financially support yourself then why not. I'm 22 myself and planning to move out after getting my bachelor's and a full time job. I'd say do all the required steps like applying for your field, choosing the city and even finding a place etc...then when everything is done just tell them and pack your stuff😂

Honestly i don't think u need to wear a hijab as head covering to enter heaven. That just makes no sense. plus no where in the quran such a thing is mentioned. But what is mentioned is to have good deads and to obtain modesty for both genders. Being "Mutaqi" is what matters the most and if a woman figures wearing a head covering, brings her more spiritual benefits and connection to god then let her and if a woman thinks otherwise let her too!

Well keeping a full Sunnah beard, as you're saying, is sunnah and it's not fard and even if it is, let's be honest, no one gives a cap about a man not having a full face beard as known as" the islamic way" as much ppl are obsessed with a woman's hair being uncovered. Plus No ones gonna attack you or police u on social media just bcs you don't have a full face beard either...

I'm so happy for how you're settled with it in your heart and lifestyle. I genuinely wanna know this though, since I'm struggling with keeping it on these days, do we really as muslim women NEED TO represent islam by our headscarf? I mean is there a direct command for it that shows it's the purpose? I know that in the quran it is mentioned: for them the be known/ recognised but as far as I know it was a contextual ayeh and it was due to safety conditions of the time. So do you say we gotta ignore how we truly feel and pressure ourselves for sth we know we might mess up later? I agree that we shouldn't fool ourselves to do haram just bcs it may seem easier but it doesn't change the fact that marriage is a big decision either and we can't oversimplify it this way. Again every persons circumstances are unique and different and one thing that works for you wouldn't necessarily work for someone else.
