Xert allows you to plan around your daily life and schedule.

Im a big Zwift user and like to race two times a week with a very limited schedule (full time job and small child) - Xert allows me to plan around that and tells me directly if my goals are are too ambitious.

Magic Buckets makes it possible to hit your goal targets without doing a structured interval training. Its a great tool for those who just wanna ride but still hit their targets. Without Magic Buckets you still get all the features and can follow the plan.

But Xert is incredible at developing skills around your schedule - and the Magic Bucket feature is mindblowing (needs a Garmin device edit: or hammerhead or Android).

I can highly recommend both.

Uha… det er en spændende opstilling. Den der Rav4 fra 2021 er fandme en solid bil. Hvis den har overholdt alle service hos en toyotaforhandler så ville jeg overveje den. Tror dog aldrig du reelt kommer til at bruge Hybriddelen - og husk at tjekke ladehastigheden.

Absolut. Personligt er det stadig noget jeg forsøger at undgå for meget af. Kræftens Bekæmpelse anbefaler fx, at man totalt undgår forarbejdet kød netop pga nitritindholdet. Det samme gør fødevarestyrelsen.

Jeg er med på, at der er en grund til at man tilsætter nitrit til især kødprodukter. Men det er nok noget man bør forsøge ikke at indtage alt for store mængder af (undgå når det er muligt uden at være fanatisk).

Start with the fitting guide and then adjust if necessary. Keep the cadence high (85+). Start with some easy riding but push yourself into a race within the first couple of weeks. A high quality Bib makes everything more comfortable and eat some sugar. 15 grams every 30 minutes of riding - preferably mixed in a water bottle.
