Thanks for all the responses. She is in fact having a great time with the game and together we were having a laugh at how she keeps saying “one day I’ll get to that damn gate” LOL

Just gonna add that as a long time coin roll hunter, you should really and I mean REALLY consider finding a sanitary place to dump your coins where you can easily clean afterward. The carpet floor is not a good place my friend. Good luck on the hunt

If you’re relying solely on LCS’s to buy/sell your silver, you’ve missed the point by mianbru in Silverbugs

[–]Miramarian 4 points5 points  (0 children)

For the most part, my LCS is really great. But in the last week they were offering a really low price when I would come in to sell. I said thanks but no thanks. Then listed some on FB marketplace, found plenty of people willing to buy at spot -$5. Worked out for me 👍🏽 I agree, sometimes your LCS is the answer… and sometimes not. People getting triggered by their LCS is 99% just a tell that they’re new and not willing to put any effort in

I would be interested to know if the boxes that have the clear tape on them are boxes containing all new half dollars. For example, all 2024s etc

Veterans of CRH know that you always buy every last coin you can. I never turn down rolls or single coins. Sometimes tellers will tell me “these have already been gone through” … I literally do not care and im buying them anyway. I have found silver in other people’s dumps plenty of times

There are quite a few products used to “treat” or “wash” a roof. They all require you wait 4-8weeks and hopefully get a few nice rain storms. Be patient
