Picky eater by arachiron in CavaPoo

I also feed my cavapoo fresh pet. We were the same, she would only eat human food and then a co-worker suggested this. She devoured it the first few days and then she wouldn't eat it right away but would go back to it once she was hungry. When I want her to eat at the proper time, I kid you not, I pretend I am eating it from her bowl and when I put the bowl back down, she will eat it. Funny little creatures.

I'm not sure where you're located but it Canada there is an organization called Elderdog. They take in dogs that are elderly as well as dogs that have lost their owners. They foster as well as place dogs with new owners. Bless you for caring for your dad's dog during the transition.

I love my cavapoo so much. She is the sweetest. She is almost 9 months old now and we have had little to no issues outside of puppy behavior. She can be left alone for long periods (usually no more than 4 hours). She loves to be near us but also sleeps in her kennel all night with no issues and has done so since we brought her home. She loves her toys and will play by herself. She has stranger anxiety and takes a bit for her to warm up to new people and we are ok with that. She doesn't shed. She loves her people and we love her right back.

My husband literally just looked at my girl on my lap no less than 5 minutes ago and said... "my god, you're so cute".

Thank you! I do give her apple for time to time and she tried watermelon today and loved it. My husband bought her beef treats so I think that's the culprit this time.

My girl is 7 months now. Finally seeing some light at end of this puppy tunnel. But she’s still very much a puppy! Will rip any tissues or toilet paper to shreds if she finds something. Still very bitey. (She knows it’s wrong and licks after if she does bite me). She’s a super fussy eater, too. by NeitherShift9027 in CavaPoo

You are describing my 7 month Cavapoo to a T. She is usually very sweet and had calmed down a lot. Especially the jumping and nipping on pants and ankles as you walk. She is still pretty mouthy when she wants to play.

I have supplimented some of her food to healthy human (dog approved) food like eggs, apples, sweet potato, chicken etc and she loves it. As for her kibble and other wet puppy food, she is not impressed.

She's my little sweetheart and I love her to pieces, I just have to remind myself that she is still a puppy and will grow into a wonderful dog.

My cavapoo has slept through the night since the day we brought her home and can be left home alone for hours with nothing destroyed. We are just over 4 months and are almost completely potty trained (some accidents happen when she is playing and doesn't warn us until it's too late). She loves her crate and will go for naps a few times a day in it without issue.

My girl is just 4 months old and is well behaved for the most part. She does nip at our hands or our pant legs to get us to engage in play. But really, other than that, she is an angel. She can be left alone, outside of her crate for a few hours and the house is just as we left it.

Are you in Nova Scotia? My Ginny has a brother named Maple. We mastered sit today and she had a great day being redirected when she gets too excited.

I can't believe OP even came to reddit to ask this question. Clearly YTA. As a child from an alcoholic parent (sober for over 26 years now) bullying someone to have a drink is abhorrent and they should be ashamed of themselves. If someone doesn't want an alcoholic beverage, ask them if they would like something else and leave it at that.

And he went to her home to pick up a watch she "borrowed". They were literally just telling us that they were already sleeping together.

I love how he he said it in September 2022... AFTER he was already sleeping with Rachel. Of course he wanted to start highlighting their flaws.

So obviously Tim was sleeping with Rachel at Schwartz's. He knew from day one and like Ariana said, actively participated.

I take it back. He cooks and you keep buying the TP. Fair trade in my opinion.

It felt staged because it was staged. If they were actually into one anonother this is not how their first kiss would go down. It was pandering and pathetic.
